Welcome to QLD Squab Processors, Australia's largest squab supplier / processor

QLD Squab Processors have been operating in Queensland, Australia since 1999. During this time, we have vastly increased the amount of birds that we process from 300 per week to between 3000 and 4000 birds per week, with potential capacity of 12 to 14 thousand per week. We currently process birds from over fifty farmers within a two hour radius of the Callide Dawson Valley.

In March 2005, we were presented with a Queensland Fine Food Endorsement Award (valid for two years) by Linda Lavarch Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for State Development and Innovation.
